I had an average experience at Blue Pheasant Restaurant. The food was decent but not outstanding. The service was satisfactory, although the waitstaff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The atmosphere was pleasant, but it didn't make up for the average food and service. I might give this place another try, but it's not at the top of my list.
