Brainchild usa is an average company. Their website brainchildusa.com is nicely designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my questions was slow, and the representatives seemed uninformed and disinterested. I expected more from a company that claims to be excellent in their field. Overall, my experience with Brainchild usa was okay, but I would not highly recommend them.
