Global Patent Group, LLC has provided me with an average level of service. While they were able to deliver on their promises, there were some hiccups along the way which caused delays in my patent application process. Overall, their knowledge and expertise in the field are commendable. However, I expected a more streamlined and efficient service considering the high fees they charge.
