The experience with Osu has been average. The website, fisher.osu.edu, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, the customer support is not very responsive and it takes a while to get a resolution for any issues. Additionally, the pricing of their products is on the higher side compared to others. Overall, Osu is an okay company but there is definitely room for improvement.
