I have been a customer of Synectic technologies for several years now, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. While their products are reliable and do their job, I find that their customer service could use some improvement. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
