👑 Crown Transport & Logistics Ltd. provided me with an average experience. While their website was easy to navigate and provided relevant information, I found their customer service to be lacking. 🌟 Although they were responsive to my inquiries, their staff seemed rather impersonal and didn't go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. The pick-up and delivery process was efficient, but there were some delays that could have been mitigated with better communication. 🕒 Overall, the company's services were satisfactory, but I expected a bit more personal touch and attention to detail. I appreciate their efforts, but hope they can improve in these areas in the future. 🙏🏽
