I recently worked with this real estate company to find a new apartment, and the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the listings were helpful. However, the communication with the agents was a bit lacking, and I felt like I had to chase them down for updates. The property viewings were organized, but the agents seemed a bit disengaged. Overall, the process was okay, but there were definitely areas where they could improve. I would consider using them again if they were more proactive in their communication and showed more enthusiasm for their clients.
