I recently worked with this company for some printing and promotional items. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my initial inquiry, and there were some issues with communication throughout the process. The final products were decent, but I had higher expectations considering the prices. Overall, I'd say it was an average experience. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service.
