The company's website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was impressed with the range of services offered, including tracking shipments and getting quotes. However, the responsiveness of the customer service team left something to be desired. 🚚 The delivery of my shipment was delayed, and it was a hassle to get updates and assistance. Although the price was competitive, I expected better communication and support when issues arose. Overall, it's a decent company for shipping needs, but there is room for improvement in customer service and delivery reliability. 📦👎
