The WORST!

The WORST!

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Took in a brand new truck (less than 2,000 mile) because the brakes are spongy. Two and a half days later they have not even looked at the truck. I had an appointment. No one contacted us to tell us that they had no one that could look at the truck. They just let it sit and left us in the dark.

Is this how they treat warranty issues? All they had to do was let us know that they were too busy and we would have taken it to another dealer. This is a work truck and we have now lost at least three days of pay.
