I recently had the opportunity to use a document management software from smartdoc.com, and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The software is user-friendly and offers basic functionality for organizing and accessing documents. However, I felt that it lacked some advanced features that other document management software provides. The web interface is clean and intuitive, but the loading time for larger documents was a bit slower than expected. The customer support was responsive, but the wait time for assistance was slightly longer than I would have liked.
