I have been a customer of Okmulgee County Rural Water District 21 for several years now, and I must say, their service is average. While they do a decent job of providing water to our area, there is nothing extraordinary about their services. It is just your typical water provider. I haven't encountered any major issues so far, but there's also nothing that really stands out as exceptional. Overall, I would say their service is average.
