I had a mixed experience with High Voltage Maintenance INC. Overall, their service was average. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional, but the customer support could be improved. The repairs took longer than expected, and I felt like I was kept in the dark about the progress. It would be great if they could provide more frequent updates to the customers.
