Every time I ve had to do anything with them they are the least helpful place I ve ever dealt with. First off they contacted me and I have tried to reach back out 6 times the last week and have been told every time oh that lady who contacted you is unavailable try this phone number I ve left voicemails on several different numbers they provided trying to get help. And after over a week not a single voicemail was answered and I have even left a second one after the first five days. My job and my career depend on these people to do their job and work with me on getting my professional licensing sorted out. I had the same type of issues with them two years ago when I moved to that state. Not only are they u helpful but they also were very rude in one of my conversations I had with a lady in the building when I decided to go there myself.
