I've had a mixed experience with Excelerate Ltd. While their website is user-friendly and their product selection is extensive, the customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with one of my orders and it took a while to get it resolved. However, once the issue was addressed, the company went above and beyond to make it right. Overall, I would recommend Excelerate Ltd, but with a note of caution regarding their customer service.
