We found the truck we wanted online. We called to ensure it was still available and then drove to the dealership to test drive and purchase. (We also found the same truck at another dealership closer to us - the dealership confirmed it was still available, but when we arrived 25 minutes later it had already been "purchased".) The truck was exactly as advertised, very clean and at a no hassle price point. The sales staff was very professional and courteous. This was the best dealership experience we have ever had. We will definitely recommend Troncalli to our friends and family!
