Ghaya grand hotel had a very horrible service. They would take hours to even give you towels from room service. what made this hotel the worse was the activity booking agents downstairs at the lobby. They literally scammed me of $300.. they said that the safari trip was VIP and all the tour guide was doing was riding the ATV WE PAID FOR!!!! The name of the agent downstairs was ALI. I'm warning all travelers going to Ghaya grand hotel to NOT GO TO THE TRAVEL AGENTS DOWNSTAIRS MARK MY WORDS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I emailed Ghaya grand regarding this matter and they emailed me a couple of times and they stopped replying. This hotel is horrible. save your money and go somewhere where they wont scam you of your hard earned money.
