My experience with Kuhls And CO was a mixed bag. While their website was user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth, the quality of the products I received was not up to par. Some items were poorly made and didn't match the product descriptions. The customer service team was responsive but couldn't fully resolve my issues. I hope they improve their QA process to ensure better product quality in the future.
