I'm a long-time customer of The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC and I can say that their service is average. While the coverage is good in most areas, I have experienced dropped calls and slow data speeds on occasion. The customer service is also average, with representatives usually being able to resolve issues but not always in a timely manner. Overall, I would say that The Alaska Wireless Network, LLC is a decent option for mobile service, but there is room for improvement.
