I recently switched my insurance to another company and it was a terrible experience. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, and the rates they offered were way too high. I decided to switch back to Harrell Insurance Services and I am so glad I did. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, and they always find me the best rates. I highly recommend them!
