Under the Statute for Judicial Retention, anyone who has been in front of a judge shall receive a survey from the Administrative division of the Colorado Supreme Court to comment on that judge yet the Supreme Court has approved a "rule" that only attorneys that have an appeal receive the surveys; pro-se litigants who file an appeal are not sent surveys, in unlawful violation of the law. One could easily assert that every Colorado judge on the bench through a violation of the Judicial Retention process has committed a Fraud on the Court and brings into question every decision they have ever made.
