I was late for my appointment but Marvin took it all in stride. He calmly walked me through the 120K service, gave me the estimate, and arranged for a free rental car. Later when he contacted me about additional maintenence that was needed, he was very clear about why the work was needed, the estimate, and made sure (several times) that I agreed to the work.
The only problem was during checkout, both Marvin and I forgot about the coupons that I had selected on the website scheduling my service. It was a problem that the Brotherton cashier process would not credit the value of the coupons back to my card. But Marvin agreed to putting the value as a credit on my account.
