I recently had an average experience with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Uganda's services. While the website mofa.go.ug provided the necessary information, I faced some difficulties in finding specific details regarding consular services. The user interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly. However, the Ministry's staff was helpful in addressing my queries. Overall, there is scope for improvement in terms of accessibility and ease of use.
