I had a mixed experience with Mindsnacks. The overall quality of their product is good, but the customer support could use some improvement. The app is easy to use and the content is engaging. However, I encountered a few technical issues and it took them a while to resolve my problem. They did eventually fix it, but it was frustrating to wait for so long. Overall, I would rate Mindsnacks as average.
