I went to pick up an order that I placed for pick up and the lady was a real jerk. Horrible attitude and she should not be in retail if she has no customer service skills. It is the holidays and people should be kinder and civil. Powell's needs to hire nicer people, not just stuck up people who have negative attitudes towards people they have to help. This is the 3rd time I have encountered rude people at this shop. Amazon just gained another customer. Sorry.
