This company is horrible. Especially director of residential. The upper management are the ones with the (challenging behaviors) lol not the people they serve there. I worked there from February of 2020 until September 2020. And i have seen alot of shady things with this company. They pick and choose who is right or wrong the same rules doesn't comply to every employee. A couple of times my check was not correct and even though i told that to my program coordinator ,nothing was done about it. The residential group homes are trashy looking, and they need paint jobs and fixing. The group home that i was at had a extremely big hole in the basement ceiling!! The maintenance looked at it ,however it was never ever fixed. The couches were infested with bed bugs and it was extremely worry-sum to work in that type of environment. Its just not a good company to work for. In my opinion.
