I have had both positive and negative experiences with Kolkata municipal corporation. On one hand, there have been instances where the corporation has promptly addressed the issues and provided satisfactory solutions. On the other hand, there have also been cases of delayed response and lack of accountability. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
