I have been a customer of Pacificorp for several years now and I must say they are just average. The service is decent but nothing to write home about. The prices are fair and the website is easy to navigate. However, I have had a couple of issues with billing errors in the past which have been a bit of a hassle to resolve. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
