I had my hair done at Harborview and I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the salon was clean and well-maintained. The hairstylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The end result was exactly what I had in mind.
