I have been with Hart insurance center, inc. for many years and I must say they provide an average level of service. The process of obtaining insurance is smooth and hassle-free. However, their customer support needs improvement. It takes a lot of time to get a response from them and sometimes the information provided is not accurate. Overall, they are okay but definitely room for improvement.
