I had mixed feelings about my experience with Flock Travel. On one hand, the rates were competitive and the booking process was straightforward. However, I encountered some issues with their customer service. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and their answers were not always satisfactory. Despite these setbacks, I managed to have a good trip overall. I would recommend Flock Travel, but with a word of caution regarding their customer service.
