I engaged Strategy by Design for a branding project and I must say they did a satisfactory job. The team was reliable and delivered the work on time. However, I felt that their designs lacked innovation and uniqueness. They followed the brief accurately but didn't bring any fresh ideas to the table. Overall, the experience was decent, but I expected a bit more creativity from a design company.
