I have been a loyal customer of O2 emc for several years now and I must say that their service is average at best. The network coverage is decent, but there have been times when I experienced call drops or slow internet speeds. The customer support team is helpful, but the response time could be improved. Overall, I would say that O2 emc is an okay telecommunications provider.
