I had a satisfactory experience with B2B Family. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good variety of products. However, I found their customer service to be just average. It took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my query. The delivery was on time, but the packaging could have been better. Overall, it's an okay experience with room for improvement.
