I had a mixed experience with Prospect Bio. While some aspects of their services were excellent, others were quite disappointing. The customer support team was very helpful and responsive, and they were able to answer all my questions. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and the packaging was not very secure. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
