I had an average experience with Steve's Camera Service Center, INC. The service was not bad, but it was not exceptional either. The staff was polite and helpful, but their knowledge about cameras seemed limited. The repair of my camera took longer than expected, and the communication from the center was not very clear. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
