I recently had my car serviced at a local mechanic. The experience was not as good as I expected. But, I must say, the quality of their service was satisfactory. I appreciated their efficiency in dealing with my car issues, but I felt that the communication could have been better. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would consider trying another mechanic next time.
