Despaña Princeton is a hidden gem! The food is amazing, full of rich flavors that transport you straight to Spain. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, it feels like you're dining in a traditional Spanish tavern. I especially loved their chorizo, it was perfectly spiced and delicious. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back.
