Great day out especially if you have one of the many money off coupons that are available or book online for special offers. The staff are brilliant and full of information about the animals even animals not in their section so it gives the feeling they all work closely together which is nice. Tickets are all day tickets so you can come and go as you please between opening and closing times. Me and my family spent a wonderful 3 hours there, 2 hours in the morning then after lunch we popped back in for another hour to see our favourites again which included the seals and the penguins.
