My recent cruise with Cruise-a-thong was an average experience. The ship was decent, but there were some areas that could be improved. The staff was generally friendly, although there were a few instances where they were not as attentive as expected. The food was okay, but lacked the wow factor. Overall, it was an average trip, but I don't think I would choose them again.
