I have been a customer of Knowledge Matters for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the content is good, but there is still room for improvement. I have noticed some minor issues with the payment system and occasional delays in receiving my purchases. Overall, it's a decent company to work with, but they could certainly do better.
