I have been using Snp technologies, inc. for a while now and I must say that their products are of great quality. However, I have had some issues with their customer support. There have been times when my inquiries were not given proper attention and it took longer than expected to resolve an issue. Despite this, I still continue to purchase from them because of the reliability of their products.
