The experience with Chuangmi Technology has been pretty average. The products are decent, but nothing exceptional. The website is user-friendly and the shipping was fast. However, I expected better customer service as I had some issues with my order and it took a while for them to respond to my queries. Overall, it's an average company to deal with.
