I have been a customer of Farmers State Bank for several years, and I must say that their service has been average. While they have always been responsive and professional, I haven't experienced anything outstanding. Their online banking platform is convenient, but I wish they had more features and a better user interface. Overall, I would say that Farmers State Bank is just an average bank.
