I bought not working phone 6 returned, they sent ...

I bought not working phone 6 returned, they sent me another not working well, waited 12 days for shipping label, now I am waiting 13 days for refund. Calling many times. Always same answer give me another 1-2 days I changed company. No idea I get my money?
