I may have been a potential client, but considering how I was treated by the receptionist named DANIELE, I obviously changed my mind. Yesterday I wrote an email asking for two important information: 1) if by booking with them directly I would have had a better rate than the one found on booking (there are lower rates on the site) and 2) make sure that the reservation included free cancellation (as proposed booking and also their website). In the reply email there is no mention of preferential rates nor of the cancellation policy (a useless email that did not answer the questions!). So I phone to talk to someone about my reservation and again "Daniele" (the same as the email) who answers me vaguely, telling me that I can book in another hotel because covid there is less staff so they can't wait for my requests !!!! But what requests? I just wanted to book one night and know if you could cancel !!!!! The saddest thing is that not only is he really incompetent but above all I am sorry for the hotel manager who does not know what kind of trait from this person to the customers !!!! But what does covid have to do with asking for information? Typical person who does not like his job, who maybe does extra hours and who takes every excuse to hurt the only two things they ask him to do! Really painful !!!! Result of the call ... I lost 15 minutes of time for not having valid information, and clearly told me to book elsewhere !!!! Of course I booked somewhere else ... where they will be ... I hope ... a little happier to work to have people to receive !!!!
