I recently purchased some of their products and overall, I had an average experience with the company. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of items. However, I faced some issues with the ordering process. The checkout page was a bit confusing and it took me a while to input my payment information correctly. I also had to contact customer support as I had not received a confirmation email after placing my order. They were responsive and resolved the issue promptly, but it was still an inconvenience. The quality of the products I purchased was decent, but not outstanding. The items arrived well-packaged and on time. While I appreciate their efforts, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of user experience and product quality.
