As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to try out an escape room experience at theescapeeffect.com and I would say it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The room we chose was well-designed with a compelling storyline, but the puzzles felt a bit predictable and lacked that 'wow' factor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but I expected a bit more enthusiasm and guidance throughout the game. One thing that stood out was the attention to detail in the room's decoration, which added to the immersive atmosphere. However, I felt that the overall difficulty level could have been higher to provide a more challenging experience. In terms of value for money, it was on par with other escape room companies. While it was an enjoyable time, I wouldn't necessarily rush to go back for another session.
