I recently had an average experience with Xperience hospitality management. While their website is user-friendly and contains detailed information about their services, I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not as helpful as I had hoped. Additionally, I encountered some issues during my stay at one of their affiliated hotels. The staff seemed unorganized and unresponsive to my concerns, which was quite disappointing. On the positive side, the amenities provided were satisfactory, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable. However, based on my experience, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer satisfaction.
