I recently had the opportunity to work with a logistics company for my business needs. The experience was average overall. While the shipment arrived on time and in good condition, the customer service could have been more responsive. I had some questions regarding the delivery, but it took a while to get a clear response. I hope they improve this aspect of their service in the future.
